Boban Expands to Warner Marketplace Center, Strengthening Its Presence in South Orange County

Fountain Valley, CA – August 21, 2025 – Boban, the nation’s first Vietnamese baguette chain, continues its rapid expansion with the announcement of a new location at Warner Marketplace Center in Fountain Valley. Known for redefining Vietnamese baguettes and coffee culture in the U.S., Boban is strategically positioning itself at one of South Orange County’s most prominent retail destinations.

Located at the intersection of Magnolia and Warner, Warner Marketplace Center sits in the heart of affluent, master-planned Fountain Valley communities, just off the 405 Freeway. With an estimated 815,000 weekly visitors and excellent visibility from the freeway onramp, the center offers a powerful mix of accessibility, high foot traffic, and strong retail synergy.

Under the leadership of Elise Ton, Boban Fountain Valley will serve as a strategic flagship store for the brand’s growth in Southern California. Surrounded by top co-tenants such as Aldi, CVS, Mobil, Winchell’s, Long Black Coffee, and others, the location is primed to attract both local residents and freeway travelers.

“Opening at Warner Marketplace Center marks an important milestone for Boban,” said Elise Ton, Managing Partner of Boban Fountain Valley. “Our vision is to make Boban the go-to destination for authentic Vietnamese baguettes and coffee. With this prime location, we’re excited to share Boban’s unique flavors with the Fountain Valley community and expand our footprint in Orange County.”

This opening comes as Boban experiences significant growth momentum. With the franchising license approved in August 2025, Boban is set to launch up to 10 new locations immediately across Southern California and beyond. Elise Ton will also lead efforts to secure additional premium locations throughout South Orange County, reinforcing Boban’s strategy to become a leading name in the fast-casual dining space.
