Known for its bold flavors and modern take on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, Boban features a menu centered around Vietnamese baguettes (bánh mì), rice bowls, and a variety of handcrafted beverages including Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, and Matcha lattes.
Boban is the latest concept from veteran restaurateur Elaine Nguyen, whose portfolio includes Dalat Bistro, Papaya Thai, Mimosa, and Royal Restaurant & Banquet.
